I discovered my true purpose after running my growing entrepreneurial business and managing leadership teams for more than 30 years. I discovered during all those years, that I had developed a passion for coaching and mentoring which reflected my leadership style.
After successfully selling my first business and transitioning in a new leadership position in another company, I stumbled on the EOS® system. I was immediately hooked by its simplicity yet effectiveness. This holistic system addresses all the topics that I had struggle with: lack of process, accountability and most of all, traction.
That is when I decided to combine both passions for entrepreneurial businesses and the EOS system to become a Certified EOS Implementer. My purpose is serving entrepreneur and their leadership teams take control of their destiny and embark on a journey of self discovery, growth and fun.
Since 2022 I have been helping tens of clients implement EOS in many industries and witnessed, with great pride, the transformation of the leadership team and its effect on the whole organization.
