I closed a 98-year-old institution.
The truth had caught up with an organization that couldn’t run without the people propping it up, and I was the one who had to make the call. That decision taught me more about business value than any course I’ve ever taken.
Now I help business owners find that out before it’s too late.
I’m a Certified EOS Implementer® and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®). Before that, I ran P&L for a magazine group with 14 titles and a team of 30, oversaw a $1.2M capital project, and grew a nonprofit’s sponsorship revenue by 38%.
I’ve been part of the EOS community since 2020, working with organizations from pre-revenue startups to $400M enterprises. Most of my clients today are $5M to $80M businesses with a real leadership team and an owner who’s ready to stop being the bottleneck.
EOS builds the team and the systems. My CEPA training tells you what the business is actually worth once you do. I combine both, because most owners never think about one without the other until someone makes them.
I’m not for everyone. I love my clients enough to tell them what they don’t want to hear.
