Steven Andres was first exposed to the retail industry at the age of 17 in his family’s business. Over these first 20 years of his career he learned the joys & challenges growing businesses face.
When the complexity and speed of his company’s growth caught up to them, he found his business out of cash, low on profit and high on employee & operational issues. Thankfully, Steven and his team were introduced to EOS®. Working together as a healthy leadership team they cried, fought, and worked hard to get the company back to a cash strong & profitable organization. Working as the Integrator, Steven helped guide the organization to 10 locations and 40 employees and, ultimately, successfully sold their wireless retail division in 2021.
Steven has experienced the power and effectiveness of EOS® firsthand and is excited to help other business owners & leaders get more of what they want from their businesses.
