There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing the teams I work with gain clarity, build traction, and rediscover the energy that comes from running a healthy, aligned business.
Before becoming a Professional EOS Implementer®, I spent part of my career in finance for SMEs, helping business owners navigate challenges like profitability, cash flow, and team alignment. I loved helping leaders bring structure and focus to their organisations, and that passion for clarity and accountability has been a constant throughout my career.
Over twenty years ago, I founded a successful IT Managed Services Provider, where I experienced firsthand the excitement and challenges of entrepreneurship. Several years later, I discovered EOS through Gino Wickman’s book ‘Traction’, and it was truly transformative for me. Working with a Professional EOS Implementer within my own business helped our leadership team align around a shared vision, build discipline into our operations, and gain traction like never before. That experience was a turning point; it inspired me to become an EOS Implementer myself so that I could help other leaders experience the same growth and transformation within their businesses.
Today, I bring a blend of real-world EOS experience, practical business insight, and supportive coaching to every session. My approach emphasises listening, asking thought-provoking questions, and creating a safe, open environment where leadership teams can have the right conversations. I focus on helping clients explore the question, “What is truly possible for our business”? and guide them to build the focus, discipline, and accountability needed to get there.
Born and raised in Scotland, I’m energetic and positively inspired by new experiences. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, fitness, listening to music, and cheering passionately for Liverpool FC!
