I grew up in a family-run financial services business, where I learned the thrill of growth—and the sting of my first entrepreneurial failure when we had to sell during a market downturn. (Nothing humbles you faster than laying off the babysitter who watched you as a kid.)
After climbing the corporate ladder to Director seats at New York Life and CNA Financial, then a Chief at Jackson National Life, I realized I preferred people and results over politics. So, I went back to my roots—helping entrepreneurs grow strong, healthy businesses.
That’s when I discovered EOS. What started as curiosity turned into a full-on obsession after my team self-implemented and saw jaw-dropping results. The experience showed me what’s possible when a team gets aligned, communicates openly, and commits to a shared vision.
Now, after running 350+ sessions, I help leadership teams cut through the noise, face hard truths, and create the clarity and trust they need to thrive. My approach is direct, compassionate, and a little fearless. Clients count on me to challenge them—not just cheerlead—because real growth takes honesty and courage.
