I’m a Professional EOS Implementer® who helps entrepreneurs and leadership teams get what they want from their businesses—clarity, accountability, and consistent execution.
Before becoming an Implementer, I spent more than 20 years building, scaling, and exiting companies, including RentPrep, a nationally recognized tenant screening platform later acquired by Roofstock. Leading teams through growth, complexity, and transition gave me firsthand experience with the same issues my clients face: hitting ceilings, unclear roles, communication breakdowns, and the push-pull of being both visionary and operator.
My foundation comes from the United States Marine Corps, where I learned the value of discipline, simplicity, and strong leadership—all principles that fit hand-in-glove with EOS.
Today, I channel that experience into helping business owners and leadership teams implement a simple, proven system that creates healthier organizations and better lives for the people running them.
I’m also a frequent keynote speaker in the real estate and investor community, and a lifelong learner who believes leaders grow companies only as fast as they grow themselves. When I’m not working with teams, you’ll usually find me outdoors, resetting and keeping things in perspective.
