Stacy Nehring is a Professional EOS Implementer® who knows firsthand what it takes to build, scale, and ultimately sell a business.
Her entrepreneurial journey began in her family’s Powersports business, where she worked her way through nearly every role over 15 years, from part-time team member to CEO and owner. When she bought the struggling company from her family, she faced operational chaos, team misalignment, and the pressures of rapid growth. Through EOS implementation and relentless focus, she transformed the business from reactive to intentional, doubled revenue, and successfully sold to private equity in 2023.
Today, Stacy brings that lived experience to other entrepreneurs who are burned out, overwhelmed, or stuck. She helps leaders find clarity, align their teams, and build businesses they actually enjoy running—no buzzwords, no magic wands, just practical traction from someone who’s been there.
Stacy is an active member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), where she has served on both chapter and regional boards and currently coaches emerging entrepreneurs through the EO Accelerator program. She recently completed EO’s three-year Entrepreneurial Masters Program (EMP).
Known for her collaborative, grounded approach and commitment to making work enjoyable, Stacy leads with empathy, honesty, and heart. When she’s not working with leadership teams, you’ll find her with her spouse, five children, and grandchildren—embracing adventure and creating meaningful memories together.
