I came to the United States in 1993 from the former Soviet Union with big dreams and very little else. That journey taught me what grit, resilience, and relentless focus actually look like. Not as motivational words, but as survival skills.
That’s what I bring to your leadership team.
Before becoming a Professional EOS Implementer®, I spent 25+ years leading teams, building operations, and navigating the same challenges you’re facing now inside fast-growing businesses. I know what it feels like to carry the weight of a vision when the path isn’t clear.
My style is direct but caring. I’ll ask the hard questions, push you past roadblocks, and won’t let you stay stuck. After hundreds of sessions from the boardroom to the shop floor, I also know when to push and when to let silence do the work.
