I came to the United States in 1993 from the former Soviet Union with big dreams and very little else. Building a life of freedom and purpose wasn’t easy – it required grit, resilience, and an unwavering work ethic. That journey shaped who I am today and fuels my passion for helping others build something meaningful from the ground up.
My “why” for EOS is simple: I’ve seen too many business leaders burn out, trapped in chaos and constantly putting out fires. I believe leaders deserve clarity, accountability, and freedom – and EOS is the proven system that makes that possible.
Before becoming a Professional EOS Implementor®, I worked alongside entrepreneurs and leadership teams who struggled with the same challenges I see every day in Memphis businesses: hiring the right people, getting aligned, and creating consistency. I know what it feels like to be stuck, and I know what it takes to break through. You can get what you want from your business AND live a fulfilling life.
Today, I dedicate my work to guiding business owners and leadership teams through that transformation. My style is direct but caring – I’ll ask the tough questions, push you past roadblocks, and celebrate wins right alongside you. I have facilitated hundreds of teams, from the C-suite boardroom to the manufacturing floor – I know when to push you and when to let silence do all the talking.
