I came to the United States in 1993 from the former Soviet Union with big dreams and very little else. Building a life of freedom and purpose wasn’t easy – it required grit, resilience, and an unwavering work ethic. That journey shaped who I am today and fuels my passion for helping others build something meaningful from the ground up.
My “why” for EOS is simple: I’ve seen too many business leaders burn out, trapped in chaos and constantly putting out fires. I believe leaders deserve clarity, accountability, and freedom – and EOS is the proven system that makes that possible.
Before becoming a Professional EOS Implementor®, I didn’t just work alongside entrepreneurs — I led teams, built operations, and drove meaningful business growth firsthand. I know what it’s like to feel the weight of responsibility and to fight for a vision when the path isn’t clear. So when I sit with leadership teams in Memphis, across the mid-South, and virtually who are wrestling with hiring challenges, misalignment, or inconsistent execution, I’m not speaking from theory — I’m speaking from lived experience. You can get what you want from your business AND still live a fulfilling life.
Today, I dedicate my work to guiding business owners and leadership teams through real transformation. My style is direct but caring – I’ll ask the tough questions, push you past roadblocks, and celebrate wins right alongside you. My certified executive coaching background makes me a skilled facilitator, creating the space for teams to open up, get aligned, and solve issues together. After hundreds of sessions from the boardroom to the shop floor, I know when to push and when to let silence do the work.
