About

I was always passionate about helping others through teaching and coaching, enabling them to achieve more than they believe is possible.

Throughout the past 20+ years, I was involved in various senior leadership roles in the ICT industry. In 2017, I felt the IT Service Provider I was leading at the time had hit the proverbial ceiling so I joined a peer-group of business owners in the hope to learn new ways. That is when I encountered EOS^® for the first time and it was an instant “Aha!” moment. It allowed me to transform the company together with the leadership team, scaling it from 24 to 50 employees and doubling the financial results. The cherry on the cake was managing to exit the business smoothly by transitioning the new top management team within a few months.

This success story led me to follow my dream in 2021, setting up a business coaching firm with my long-time colleague and best friend, Liam Pace, with the aim to transform 500 small to medium businesses using EOS^® by 2030.
