Sid Jashnani

Sid Jashnani is a Certified EOS Implementer® who has lived and breathed the Entrepreneurial Operating System® inside his own businesses since 2015. While running his IT integration company, he was overwhelmed, buried in people issues, and stuck in low-value tasks. Implementing EOS transformed everything—aligning his team, creating accountability, and scaling the business from $4M to $35M, all while giving him the freedom to focus on strategy and growth.

That firsthand transformation inspired Sid to become an EOS Implementer in 2018. As a holdco entrepreneur with a portfolio of IT infrastructure brands, he knows exactly what it feels like to sit in the founder’s seat, managing multiple businesses, people, and priorities. He brings this operator’s perspective into every EOS session, making the tools real, practical, and immediately actionable.

Since 2018, Sid has worked with leadership teams across UK, US, Bulgaria, Kenya, India, UAE and Saudi Arabia. His style is hands-on, direct, and deeply committed to helping leaders cut through the noise, focus on what matters, and build businesses that run on clarity, accountability, and traction.

Sid graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Computer Science and began his career with National Instruments and Deloitte before launching his own entrepreneurial ventures.

Sid lives in London with his wife and two children—and in his own 3-Year Picture, he’s a budding golfer determined to reach a single-digit handicap.
