About

As an entrepreneur and business owner, I’ve experienced many of the same frustrations my clients face today. We had a strong business, good people, and plenty of opportunity, but like many entrepreneurial companies, we struggled at times with accountability, leadership team dynamics, and getting everyone rowing in the same direction.

That experience taught me a lesson I carry into every client engagement: even the strongest businesses struggle when leadership teams lack clarity, accountability, and trust. Business will always be challenging, but real progress happens when leadership teams stop managing recurring symptoms and start solving root issues.

I’ve worked across multiple industries and leadership roles throughout my career, but one thing has remained constant: organizations move at the speed of their leadership teams. When teams are aligned, accountable, and trusting of one another, extraordinary things happen. When they’re not, even great businesses struggle to reach their potential.

Today, I help entrepreneurial leadership teams create clarity, strengthen accountability, and build healthier ways of working together. My role is to create an environment where leaders can have the conversations that matter, solve root issues, and move forward with confidence.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me volunteering in my community, playing golf, getting my hands dirty in the garden, or hanging out in the backyard with my family and our three dogs, experimenting with a new pizza recipe.
