About

Sheilah Hogan Casey walks the talk as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year winner, with a career spanning 20+ years owning and running companies between the US, UK and Australia.

Sheilah moved her family from New York City to Australia in 2010 after co-founding a multinational Talent Agency, navigating the U.S. financial crisis with a staff of 150+, to a successful exit after 10 years. Since that time Sheilah has held Company Director roles here in Australia before launching the BX Collective in 2018.

Sheilah speaks from her lived experiences across all stages of a business lifecycle; from start up to scale up, expanding internationally and negotiating the process of selling – she brings a wealth of knowledge as a reputable Advisor, Coach and Facilitator.

Sheilah spends most of her time now helping businesses to run smoother, grow faster and ‘healthier’ as a Certified Implementer of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).
