Shannon started her career working for a series of entrepreneurial companies and recognized a niche in the wine & spirits industry, launching Brand Builders. Fortunately, her concept was met with overwhelming success. In less than a year she was pulling all-nighters and running herself ragged just keeping pace with growth.
At one point, she hired an entrepreneur coach and implemented a series of temporary fixes, but they were just that – temporary. Eventually, growth stagnated; she was working harder than ever and even started to resent members of her management team. Mom guilt was a part of her daily diet.
Then, she read “Traction” and started implementing EOS®. Almost immediately, things started to improve, and growth returned. Her team was rowing in the same direction — accomplishing more in two weeks than they had in most quarters. The company’s culture was always what she hoped for. Most importantly, she got her life back! Thanks to EO – she was able to name a successor to run Brand Builders.
Now after successfully transitioning Brand Builders, her passion is to help other entrepreneurs get more of what they want from their business — and get their lives back, too!
