My entrepreneurial journey began in 2007 when my wife, Amy, and I started a supply business catering to luxury residential builders. Unbeknownst to us, the housing market was on the brink of collapse. After a lot of blood, sweat and tears, we managed to keep the business alive. However, by the time we made it through, the landscape had completely changed, and the business we started was no longer the same. We felt stuck.
Fortunately, during a sales call, a prospect recommended the book “Traction,” which led to the implementation of the EOS Process into our business. This pivotal decision provided clarity and direction, culminating in a profitable sale five years later. My success with EOS didn’t stop there; I went on to work as an Integrator at two other entrepreneurial businesses, where we achieved similar successful outcomes using the EOS framework. This experience solidified my passion for the EOS Life and my determination to help other business leaders realize their vision.
Outside the Session Room, I enjoy traveling and trying new restaurants with my wife, Amy, and our two daughters, Sadi and Emme.
