My passion was to help people find peace and I was having trouble finding my own peace. I am a recovering workaholic. My mechanical and electrical engineering firm was running my life. With the business in chaos at times, I had a hard time breaking the workaholic habit. While I may have had a vision and desired a culture in our firm. I did not know how to define and share our vision and culture, much less how to get there. One day the gift of EOS was presented to me. I saw the possibility of getting more out of my business and being free from being a workaholic.

EOS allowed us to define our vision and develop traction to get there. We learned how to hire the right people and put them in the right seat. We were meeting our goals. I was now able to live in abundance and peace.

Implementing EOS for over 8 years, built leaders on several levels. Eventually the leadership team purchased the engineering firm. This allowed me to live my passion of providing peace to entrepreneurs as an EOS implementer. I realized I was made to be an EOS implementer more than running an engineering firm. I love walking with people on their journey to finding Peace.
