Scott Kuehl (keel) grew up in an entrepreneurial home, working in his family’s businesses. His first first real job was in advertising. At 26, Scott founded a marketing firm. He added a partner and grew it to a Top-25 Twin Cities and Top-100 national marketing agency. After a decade, he exited.
Next, Scott joined a construction firm to lead their marketing and sales. Ultimately, he became a partner and was appointed CEO during the heart of the great recession. The company had suffered a 60% reduction in force. It was at this time of intense pressure and frustration that Scott read the book TRACTION — and hired an EOS Implementer.
That ONE decision resulted in the company turning around to become a 3-time honoree on the Inc 5000 list of America’s fastest growing private companies. After a decade, Scott exited — a solid believer in EOS. Today, as an EOS Implementer and business coach, Scott enjoys coming alongside owners and their teams to help them run a better business — and live a better life!
A long-standing member of YPO, Scott is a trusted EOS Implementer for YPOers nationally. He also serves on the international board for the YPO Christian Fellowship Network.
