In my 20s, I dove into entrepreneurship as a leader in a family-owned business. My leadership helped that company grow from $30 million to over $100 million in just 10 years.
My entrepreneurial drive led me to start another company that grew to serve clients in the U.S., Latin America, Europe and Asia. but I hit a wall during the Great Recession. There were a lot of issues hitting us hard and fast. I didn’t have the tools to solve them effectively, and I felt stuck!
It was at that point of frustration that a client introduced me to EOS. I got to witness the EOS Tools help my client solve his biggest frustrations and really get a grip on his business.
