I’m Sam Keats, a Perth-based Expert EOS Implementer® helping founders and leadership teams implement EOS®, strengthen accountability and gain traction.
My understanding of entrepreneurship began inside my family’s business. I watched it develop from a small electrical services company into a publicly listed engineering and project-delivery business employing more than 500 people across Australia and New Zealand.
That experience gave me a front-row seat to the realities of building something meaningful – the excitement of growth, the pressure of leadership and the complexity that emerges as a business scales.
I later founded, scaled and exited businesses of my own. I experienced the highs of recognition, including EY Entrepreneur of the Year and the AFR BRW Fast 100, as well as the sleepless nights, people issues, stalled growth and frustration of feeling trapped inside the business.
My breakthrough came when I implemented EOS inside my own company.
EOS gave our leadership team the clarity, structure, accountability and operating discipline we needed to simplify the business, confront issues and execute more consistently. Having experienced the process as a founder, I understand EOS implementation from both sides of the table.
Today, I’ve facilitated more than 800 full-day leadership-team sessions and supported over 80 companies across Perth, Australia and international markets.
I help leadership teams clarify their vision, strengthen their people and accountability, use meaningful data, solve issues at their source, simplify their processes and create greater traction.
My goal is simple: to help founders build healthier, stronger and more valuable businesses that can operate without depending entirely on them.
