I grew up watching my family’s small business grow from one employee into a 500-person, publicly listed company. That experience shaped my understanding of what it really takes to build, lead and scale a thriving business.
Since then, I’ve lived the full rollercoaster of entrepreneurship myself – founding, scaling and exiting multiple companies. I know the highs of recognition (EY Entrepreneur of the Year, AFR BRW Fast Starters) and the lows of sleepless nights, stalled growth, people issues and the relentless feeling of being stuck in the business rather than leading it.
I’m passionate about entrepreneurship – it’s been at the center of my life and career. And I’m equally passionate about EOS because of the profound impact it has had on me personally. EOS gave me the clarity, structure and control I needed to break through ceilings and scale with confidence.
Today, as an Expert EOS Implementer, I’ve run more than 800 full-day sessions with 80+ leadership teams, helping entrepreneurs get unstuck, gain traction and grow predictably – without burning out in the process.
