Salomon Wancier is passionate about helping entrepreneurs and leadership teams build stronger, more valuable businesses. With a background rooted in coaching and leadership, Salomon brings a unique ability to align people, process, and performance to help organizations achieve lasting results. His career spans education, corporate leadership, and entrepreneurship, giving him a well-rounded perspective on what it truly takes to grow and lead a successful company.

Over the course of his career, Salomon has founded, scaled, and exited multiple businesses across finance and marketing. His experience includes leading teams through rapid growth, navigating market downturns, and helping scale a division of a national commercial mortgage lender from 10 to 550 employees, making it the largest private financial institution in Florida at the time. He has also built three and exited two marketing agencies, with the most recent earning recognition on the Inc. 5000 list for two consecutive years.

Through his own successes and setbacks, Salomon learned that sustainable growth requires more than hard work, talent, or momentum—it requires a proven operating system. After discovering the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®) through the EO community, Salomon experienced firsthand how EOS creates clarity, discipline, and traction.
