From the flight line to the boardroom, I’ve spent my life helping teams perform under pressure. After 24 years as a Marine Corps Officer, I traded my flight helmet for a whiteboard to help Tampa Bay’s business leaders achieve their missions closer to home.

I’m also a proud husband and father, and like many of my clients, I live the entrepreneurial life every day. My wife is a successful business owner herself, so I understand the challenges of balancing growth, leadership, and family — and the reward of getting it right.
