For as long as I can remember, I have been obsessed with both business growth and helping others. For the past 20+ years, I have grown multiple companies, departments, and leaders in a variety of industries. I have led organizations to record sales, and sold three of them. It would be easy to say that it was all success over the past decade, but that is just not true. It is through the struggles of running a business that we learn the most. I know what it is like to be the person in charge and making the best financial decision for the organization.
