My dad had a simple saying: “Help. Don’t harm.”
It was his way of reminding me that life is about lifting people up, not tearing them down. Those three words have shaped how I lead, how I work with teams, and ultimately, why I became an EOS Implementer.
For more than 20 years, I’ve helped leaders and business owners build stronger, more aligned teams. Early in my career, as vice president of an industry pioneer, I led initiatives that grew revenue 10x and transformed the organization into a true market leader. Later, as an entrepreneur, I worked alongside business leaders in construction, technology, and professional services, helping them challenge the status quo and create workplaces where teams thrive.
What I’ve learned through it all is this: businesses don’t grow unless their teams grow. And growth doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when you have clarity, trust, and a simple system to keep everyone moving in the same direction. That’s why EOS resonates so deeply with me—it gives leaders the tools to create lasting impact for their businesses.
Today, I help leadership teams get unstuck, align around a clear vision, and build the habits that make growth inevitable. My approach is hands-on, honest, and people-first. And most importantly, rooted in the same values my dad passed down: leadership should help, not harm.
