Roy Pelkey is passionate about helping business leaders get what they want from their business and realize the true potential of their company. Throughout his career, Roy has experienced first-hand the trials and struggles, and victories, of running a mid-sized company.
Right after college, Roy and four partners started an industrial automation firm and grew the business 15X, eventually selling the business in 2002. Roy was retained by the new owner to lead a new business venture within the organization, and his division soon grew to the most profitable business unit in the company. Eventually hitting a growth ceiling, Roy and the leadership team introduced EOS in the business.
It was a game-changer. The Leadership team enjoyed healthy growth of the business, as a team, and individually. When the owner eventually sold the business, Roy was retained to help transition the leadership team, and then left the business to pursue his passion to be an EOS implementer.
