EOS Approach

Straight Talk
Most people around a business owner say what they want to hear to stay liked. I'll go into the danger and tell you what you need to hear — that's where real transformation starts.
The Secret, Secret Sauce
I build the safe space where your team can finally say the thing nobody's saying — a phrase I borrow from Gino Wickman. Once you're honest, everything else gets easier.
Less Is More
Your business doesn't need another tool or hire — it needs focus. I'll help your team go from a thousand plates spinning to a handful of priorities that move the needle.

About

I spent 20 years in senior executive roles at large public and private companies before I traded the safety of a corporate paycheck for ownership of a struggling startup. Over the next eight years — through the worst recession since the Great Depression — I grew that business into a profitable $30 million company, posting year-over-year growth north of 20% while the economy around me was falling apart. Along the way I scaled a team of 600 people and learned more about leadership, partnership, and pressure than any title ever taught me.

I became an EOS implementer in 2017 and formally joined the EOS community in November 2018, and that decision — the community, not just the tools — is what accelerated my growth as an Implementer. Since then, I’ve facilitated over 750 full-day EOS sessions with leadership teams ranging from family businesses to $500 million enterprises with multiple subsidiaries.

Here’s what I’ve learned: Most people around a business owner tell them what they want to hear, because they want to stay liked. I won’t do that. I’ll go into the danger and say the thing nobody else will — because that’s where real transformation actually starts. I build the kind of safe space where the quietest person in the room finally speaks up, and where a team can go from spinning a thousand plates to focusing on the handful of priorities that actually move the needle and create traction.

My mission is simple: Help business owners and their leadership teams get control of a business that’s been running them, so they can build something that lasts — and have a little more fun doing it.
