Roy Getz

After 20 years of successfully building brands and driving profitable sales in large public and private companies as a Senior Executive, Roy Getz risked the safety of his corporate paycheck and plunged into ownership of a start-up that had great potential but was losing money. Over the course of 8 years and during the worst recession since the great depression, Roy grew his company to a profitable $30 million piece of business – hitting year over year sales increases in excess of 20% throughout the recession. Scaling up, building a high performing workforce of 600, putting processes in place and building a unique and positive culture were the result of hard work and learning from mistakes along the way.

In addition to growing a successful company, Roy found it very rewarding to provide mentoring, coaching and consultation as an advisory board member to The Ohio State University, Procter & Gamble, The Ohio Restaurant Association and over a dozen clients. All of these engagements proved to Roy that he had a knack for aligning leadership teams on a common vision and plan, so they could move forward with clarity, accountability and improved results. Armed with EOS and years of experience in multiple companies including his own, Roy launched Profit Guides LLC. and as a professional Implementer is helping entrepreneurs and their leadership teams get more from their business. More time to do the things they care about, more fun with their leadership team, more positive results and most importantly a more valuable business.
