Business has always been one of my hobbies. I’ve spent over 25 years running my own and helping others transform theirs.
My previous business was in software and technology, where we led complex projects that supported rapid growth and, in many cases, a successful exit. This work exposed me to many Leadership Teams across a wide range of industries. I have always loved speaking with founders and learning about the business sector, their unique challenges and opportunities.
I’ve made plenty of mistakes along the way. Whilst some were very painful (and expensive), they were also my best lessons, and ultimately, I believe they were worthwhile.
When I moved to Cornwall in 2023, I wanted to find a way to make a real difference here.
Becoming a Professional EOS Implementer felt like everything clicking into place. EOS fits my background, my skills, and my Core Values — and frankly, it works.
My clients describe breakthroughs in clarity, accountability, and focus. One told me it helped them “stop spinning plates and start leading.” That’s exactly what good EOS implementation feels like.
I work best with leadership teams of businesses with 10 and 250 people — that’s where the transformation happens fastest.
I aim to make my sessions professional, but deliberately relaxed. I’ve found that even the toughest conversations are easier in the right atmosphere, and more breakthroughs tend to happen when people feel comfortable enough to be open, honest, and, at times, vulnerable.
I’m on a mission to help as many entrepreneurial business owners as possible discover EOS — especially here in the South West. If you’re even just EOS-curious, let’s have a call.
Tell me about your challenges, your opportunities, and where you want to take your business. Whatever happens next, I’ll aim to add real value.
Life outside work
I was born in Kent, but Cornwall has my heart. After more than 20 years of holidays here, Jude and I finally made the move — and we’ve never looked back. There’s something about Cornwall that attracts a certain kind of person, and we feel completely at home.
Life here means beach walks on the north coast with our two dogs, Bertie and Buddy. Jude and I have both taken up gig rowing — rugby on water, as I like to call it.
We share a love of skiing, the Ryder Cup (we were at Medinah), and our honeymoon was the British & Irish Lions 2005 tour of New Zealand. I know I’m very lucky to be married to someone who was as excited as I was.
Three grown-up children — Jen, Megs, and Charlie — and an opportunity to make a big difference to entrepreneurial business owners — never feels like work, more like my purpose.
