With over 30 years’ experience working at Director and C-Suite level across a wide range of industries, I’ve found my sweet spot lies with growing companies between 10 and 250 people. These are the teams where transformation happens quickest, and the impact is most rewarding.
I’ve run my own business for over 25 years and have made many mistakes along the way. I naturally have a “continuous improvement” mindset and therefore those mistakes have led to some of my best learning experiences – along with reading a LOT of business books :-)
My roots are in software and technology, where I led and delivered transformational projects that supported rapid growth and, in many cases, a successful business exit. When the opportunity arose to become a Professional EOS Implementer, it felt like a natural progression—EOS fits my background, my skills, and, most importantly, my Core Values
EOS is transformational. It can provide everything an entrepreneur wants from their business, which in turn can allow them to lead the personal life all their hard work deserves.
EOS is the most effective Business Operating System I’ve seen for ambitious entrepreneurial companies. It gives leadership teams the clarity, structure, and accountability they need—whether they’re looking to scale, seize a big opportunity, or prepare for a future exit.
I’m now on a mission to spread the word and help as many entrepreneurial SME business owners find out about it – especially in the South West of England – Cornwall and Devon.

Personal Life
My wife Judy and I have three grown-up children — Jen, Megs, and Charlie. After more than 20 years of coming to Cornwall for our holidays, we finally made the move in July 2023. And just like the entrepreneurs I work with, I’ve built a personal life that brings real freedom and balance.
Life here is full of beach walks on the north coast with our dogs: Buddy the black lab and Bertie “The Floof,” our rescue from Cyprus. We both have taken up Gig Rowing, which I describe as “Rugby on water”.
We also share a passion for skiing, the Ryder Cup (for those that follow the Ryder Cup, we were lucky enough to be at Medinah), and following the British & Irish Lions—2005 in New Zealand and again in 2017.
