About

Robert Hartline knows what it takes to grow a company the hard way—because he’s lived it.

In 1994, Robert started selling cell phones out of the trunk of his car in Murfreesboro, TN. Over the next two decades, that hustle grew into Absolute Wireless, a chain of 78 wireless stores across five states. At its peak, the company employed 450 people and was recognized as the fastest-growing business in Middle Tennessee two years in a row. Robert led the business from $10M to $100M in sales in under three years, experiencing firsthand the chaos, complexity, and growing pains that come with rapid scaling.

Along the way, he learned some hard lessons: the cost of misalignment on a leadership team, the impact of having the wrong people in key seats, and how a lack of clarity and accountability can quietly erode profit, culture, and the owner’s sanity. Those experiences are what eventually led him to EOS®—a simple, practical system he wishes he’d had years earlier.

After successfully exiting Absolute Wireless in 2020, Robert made it his mission to help other entrepreneurs avoid the mistakes he made and accelerate what works. Today, as a Professional EOS Implementer®, he helps leadership teams get clear on their vision, build healthy, cohesive teams, and install the discipline and accountability needed to consistently hit their numbers.

Robert brings a unique blend of real-world sales and operations experience, candid storytelling, and heart-centered leadership. He doesn’t teach theory—he helps teams apply EOS in the real world so they can grow, scale, and still love the business and the people they’re building it with.
