Rob Pisano is a Certified EOS Implementer® with more than 20 years’ experience as a founder, operator and business builder across Technology, Logistics, eCommerce, AI and Professional Services.
Rob began his career in the corporate sector, where he helped transform the ANZ operations of a multinational organisation, growing the region to approximately $200M in annual revenue. He then opened and scaled APAC for a Silicon Valley technology company that was later acquired by Salesforce for USD $1.33B.
His entrepreneurial journey has seen him co-found a global fashion brand that generated approximately $30M in sales, and build a direct-to-consumer fulfilment and logistics business that has fulfilled millions orders and operate over 70,000sqm of warehousing. Today, Rob is also the co-founder of Appliers.ai, helping businesses redesign the way work gets done through practical AI, automation and operating discipline.
Rob is also an early-stage VC technology investor, including investing in Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI and other many other AI startups at the front edge of the global AI shift.
Like many entrepreneurs, Rob has experienced the pressure, complexity and personal toll that comes with building and scaling businesses. Discovering EOS through the book Traction was a turning point. It gave him the clarity, structure and rhythm to simplify his businesses, strengthen his leadership teams and reconnect with the passion that first drove him into entrepreneurship.
Rob is now passionate about helping entrepreneurial leadership teams get clear, aligned and accountable. His style is practical, direct and deeply grounded in real-world experience.
