I started my career at KPMG, got my CPA, and quickly realized big company life wasn’t for me. So I made the leap – invested in an entrepreneurial company and stepped in as CFO.
It was chaos. No system, no clear vision. We chased every opportunity that came our way, including a few way outside what we were actually good at. It became so stressful I couldn’t see a path forward – so I walked away from the business.
I joined a new company as VP of Finance and Operations and was introduced to EOS. Lightbulb moment. I finally had language for everything that went wrong at my last company – no vision, no focus, no traction. That business grew revenue by over 300% and EBITDA by nearly 700%. We completed four acquisitions. EOS was the framework that made it possible – scaling faster, with less chaos, and without breaking the business in the process.
Teaching and coaching is just who I am – my mom was a principal, I coach my kids’ teams. When I find something that works, I can’t help but share it. That’s why I became an Implementer.
I’ve lived both sides. The chaos without it, and the clarity with it. My job is to help you get that clarity faster than I did.
