Began my career at a Fortune 1000 Company. It was a competitive environment. I loved it and thrived by building people and high performing teams. In my early 30s I led my $60 million region to #1 in revenue growth in a $1B Company.
I loved elevating people, getting results, but eventually felt limited. Confident that I could do the same for myself and for my team I jumped into the entrepreneurial world.
Over time, I led or helped lead 3 Entrepreneurial companies….. one was a strikeout, one a double, one a home run… learned from each.
The strikeout was a startup was based on exciting, yet bleeding edge technology. I learned the value of the discipline of core focus.
The home run was a company that I joined with 5 others. We did $100K in revenue in year one and it grew it $26 million. We grew EBITA to the point where we sold for $60M+. I learned to scale a company; the importance of comittment to a vision; the critical value of the right people.
Along the way, a friend introduced me to EOS.
A game changer, I devote myself to making a difference in the world by enabling entrepereneurs and leaders to get what they want from their business and to live a better life.
