Rick is a Professional EOS Implementer with over a decade of hands-on experience as a business owner and leader.
He began his journey as a collegiate and professional baseball player, where he developed a strong foundation in teamwork, preparation, and perseverance—principles that continue to guide his work today.
Rick transitioned into the business world as a mechanical engineer, spending more than 20 years in various technical, project management, and leadership roles across multiple industries. In 2015, he and his wife launched a retail clothing business, marking the start of his entrepreneurial journey. Just a few years later, in 2018, he co-founded a startup in the oil & gas sector, offering manufacturing and service solutions.
Through these ventures, Rick gained firsthand experience with the complexities and challenges of running a business—experiences that led him to discover EOS. By implementing EOS tools, Rick and his leadership team scaled their company to $13 million in annual revenue in just four years.
Inspired by the transformative impact EOS had on his own business, Rick became a Professional EOS Implementer. Today, he works with entrepreneurial leadership teams to strengthen Vision, Accountability, and Team Health through EOS—drawing on his Christian faith to lead with purpose and serve others with integrity.
