I grew up in a blue-collar entrepreneurial family and learned early the highs and lows of running a business. As a young parent, I earned my engineering degree while running my roofing company and balancing work, school, and family. Later, I stepped into senior roles at companies like Lockheed Martin and HP, where I led global teams, launched dozens of products, and earned 32 U.S. patents. But eventually, I realized big business wasn’t for me.
I returned to my entrepreneurial roots and went on to lead and scale several ventures…earning wins and, more importantly, learning from failure. That journey led me to launch an early-stage investment fund and coaching program supporting over 150 startups. Many raised capital, created jobs, and built real, lasting businesses.
Through that work, I discovered my passion: helping growth-minded entrepreneurs build strong, healthy teams and gain clarity around what they really want. I help leaders in construction, manufacturing and product development strengthen every part of their business so they can get what they want and live a better life.
