I’ve been in your seat.

I founded Living Energy Events & Productions and spent nearly three decades building it into a multi-state, award-winning event planning, entertainment, and AV production company. I built teams, created systems, navigated downturns, and successfully sold the business in 2018.

Building that business wasn’t easy. Looking back, I wish I’d had a system like EOS to help our leadership team get aligned, stay focused, and share accountability.

Today, as a Professional EOS Implementer®, I help entrepreneurs and leadership teams build alignment, strengthen accountability, and turn their vision into action. I bring firsthand ownership experience and a direct, practical approach to the leadership room.
