I always wanted to be an entrepreneur, so I got quite a bit of education before I led my first organization at age 26.
After I got there I discovered it had been in decline for 25 years. I did everything I knew to do, but it didn’t help.
After that dark night of the soul, I became the #2 at an organization with 7 employees. In my 2 1/2 years there, my area grew 24% year over year.
I then moved to an organization with 230 employees, still in the #2 role. We saw tremendous growth in revenue, numbers of people and several multi-million dollar building projects.
I then became the lead of a struggling organization and grew it to be the top performer out of 1,117 organizations like it across the country. Around that time, leaders reached out for me to coach them and their teams. It was very strong on vision and strategy, but it lagged and stalled before it got to all the employees.
EOS is the one process I’ve found that’s complete top to bottom.
That’s why I use it to fulfill my life mission to facilitate and escalate greatness in others.
