I’m a Certified EOS Implementer® based in Geelong, Victoria, partnering with leadership teams across Geelong, Melbourne, Sydney and Sri Lanka.
I spent over two decades in the IT industry — founding and scaling my own business before merging it with a managed services provider — then around seven years as Head of Services on a Geelong business’s leadership team, running on the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®) from the inside before becoming an Implementer myself.
I’m hands-on in the room: direct, practical, and focused on building the rhythm and discipline that turns a good plan into real traction.
I work best with established businesses — generally 10+ staff and $4M+ in revenue — where the leadership team is ready to get clear on vision, align around it, and build real accountability.
