As a Certified EOS Implementer®, leadership coach, and former Integrator, I understand firsthand the complexity leadership teams face as organizations grow and scale. Communication breakdowns, lack of alignment, accountability struggles, operational complexity, and leadership bottlenecks can make growth feel harder than it should.
Before becoming a Certified EOS Implementer®, I worked as a Visionary and Integrator executive coach, helping leadership teams strengthen communication, accountability, leadership effectiveness, and operational execution. That experience, combined with years leading businesses and operating within remote and distributed teams across multiple locations, allows me to bring both strategic and practical real-world perspective into every session I facilitate.
I also believe leadership teams benefit from understanding how people naturally think, communicate, lead, and make decisions. In addition to being a Certified EOS Implementer®, I am a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®), Kolbe Certified™ Consultant, Certified DISC Consultant, and Certified Leadership Coach. These additional certifications help me bring a more well-rounded and practical leadership perspective to EOS facilitation, leadership development, communication, accountability, and team alignment.
I provide EOS Implementation® both virtually and in person, helping leadership teams choose the format that best supports their goals, team dynamics, and organizational needs.
With extensive experience leading and facilitating remote and distributed teams, I help companies successfully run EOS regardless of geography.
