About Me
With over 31 years of entrepreneurial experience in the commercial janitorial industry, I’ve weathered storms, scaled mountains, and built a business that stands on resilience and results. After nearly losing everything in 2008, I discovered Traction through Vistage—and it changed everything. Implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) became the turning point. By 2020, in the midst of a global pandemic, my company had increased its bottom line by $1 million.
For the past 7+ years, EOS has been the backbone of our operations, and for the last 5 1/2 years, I’ve been honored to serve as a Certified EOS Implementer. I work closely with the trades, family-owned, and women-owned businesses across all industries, helping leadership teams gain clarity, accountability and traction.
