My journey started at 9 years old, when I realized I could build a business by filling gaps in others’ needs. I was selling Snoopy dog erasers to my classmates with a 100% profit margin
Fast forward to my 20s—I was a jumper. If I had an idea, I had to turn it into a business. I kept jumping into the river and swimming through the challenges—most of the time too fast and too painfully. I started three businesses: I sold one successfully, bankrupted another, and exited the third so I could come to the U.S
In my 30s, after getting an MBA and trying to run away from those painful years, I slowly shifted my mental gears. I began looking at the business world from a higher altitude, and I eventually became a system designer—helping other entrepreneurs strengthen their business systems and build sustainable, scalable businesses.
A few years ago, one of my clients told me to read Traction. At the time, my consulting business had hit a ceiling. EOS was simple, practical, and a complete system. Six months after implementing it ourselves, our clients grew by 50% and our team by 25%. A year later, I realized something: EOS was the system that connected everything I had learned over the past 20 years. Seeing that lift and realizing how much I love coaching pushed me to become an EOS Implementer.
That’s why today I use EOS to help entrepreneurs get what they want from their businesses. I bring energy to every session, but I also create space for teams to slow down and think deeply. We step away from the day-to-day chaos of the office and create a thoughtful environment to reflect, gain clarity, and bring order to the business. Working together openly and honestly, we build the cohesive, healthy team your business deserves.
