My business story started in grade school, when I sold erasers at a 100% markup. That tiny hustle taught me more about sales, marketing, and friendly competition than any textbook could. Fast-forward through my teens and twenties, and you’ll find three startups—one I sold, one that flopped, and one I closed when life moved me to the United States. Every step added a new tool to my entrepreneurial kit.
My thirties flipped my seat from Visionary to Integrator. I dove into business analysis, product development, and the art of turning messy processes into clean, repeatable systems. Then a client handed me Traction—EOS® clicked instantly. Six months after we ran the tools, our once-traditional IT shop morphed into a true business catalyst, doubling both sales and clients.
Seeing that lift and realising how much I love coaching, pushed me to become an EOS Implementer.
