I’ve Been Exactly Where You Are
I started Guide Studio, a creative agency in Cleveland, when I was 25. Over 20+ years, I built it into a place-branding company working with municipalities, college campuses, and public venues. I experienced every entrepreneurial high and low—the exhilaration of landing dream clients and the exhaustion of feeling trapped in day-to-day operations.
As we approached our 20th anniversary, I realized what I wanted most out of my business was to literally get OUT of my business. I was proud of what we’d built and loved the people and the work, but I felt stuck. Sound familiar?
That’s when I discovered EOS. It gave us clarity on our vision, developed our next generation of leaders, and freed me to move to Colorado and teach entrepreneurs full-time.
The Unexpected Path
I come from generations of educators—everyone in my family was a teacher except me… or so I thought. When I started training business owners through Entrepreneurs’ Organization, I discovered my natural passion for teaching. I just needed to find the right classroom.
Now I work at the sweet spot of my two passions: entrepreneurship and education. After eight years as an EOS Implementer, I’ve learned my job isn’t just to teach the tools—it’s to help leaders go places they never thought they could go.

When I’m not in the session room, I’m in Littleton, Colorado with my husband of 28 years, hiking, skiing, traveling the world, and taking camper van adventures through the American West.
