My entire life, especially after entering the workforce, I invariably found myself eager and passionate to help people with guidance and support. Be it at my first job as a private tutor where I helped struggling teenagers get up to speed within the school system, avoiding potential dropouts. Or later as a salesperson: To this day, I still get praise from people I had the pleasure to serve.
Entering the entrepreneurial world, I used that same passion. I was the operations leader in 2 companies where I helped build the right systems and structures, putting them into SOP, and making sure people are executing them properly, I saved the companies thousands. In one of my experiences, due to broken leadership, people were frustrated and overwhelmed, and there was a general lack of focus and vision. We then found out about EOS and By being involved in the implementation, I saw the impact it had on everyone, and how astonishingly it helped us unstuck and gain clarity on responsibilities, I decided to devote my life to EOS and use it to help business owners get more of what they want from their businesses.
