Peter’s passion is helping entrepreneurial businesses clarify, simplify, and achieve their vision.
Peter grew up in his family’s stained glass studio started by his father in 1975. That’s where he learned the in’s and out’s of running a successful business. Peter also learned how to overcome many of the obstacles that small businesses face.
In 2004 a good friend asked Peter to join him in building a remodeling company. Over the course of 15 years they established the region’s premier home services company with a team of 40 people completing over 600 remodeling projects per year. In the 3 years after implementing EOS, the business doubled in Revenue and Profit, improved in every area, and helped the team live better lives.
Now Peter has dedicated his career to helping entrepreneurial leaders realize and achieve their true potential. He combines that passion with the proven set of tools in EOS and the results have been astounding!
