Peter grew up in his family’s stained‑glass studio, watching his father build the business with grit and determination. In that small shop he saw the beauty of entrepreneurship—but also the strain it can put on a person and their family. He watched the late nights, the financial pressure, the constant problem‑solving, and the emotional weight that owners carry. Those early experiences taught him both the cost and the calling of running a business, and they shaped his deep desire to help entrepreneurs find clarity, health, and freedom in their work and lives.

In 2004, a close friend invited him to help build a remodeling company. Over 15 years, they grew it into the region’s premier home‑services business—a 40‑person team completing more than 600 projects a year. After implementing EOS, the company doubled revenue and profit in just three years and became stronger and healthier in every area.
