Peter is passionate about helping entrepreneurs live their ideal lives. Starting his career in financial roles, he focused on fixing intense issues around profit, cash flow and process.
Since then, Peter ran or helped run 4 different organizations. He led a forklift manufacturing business after the 2008 financial crisis, where he built a great team, tore the business down and rebuilt it, doubling revenue and increasing profit dramatically. After merging with a competitor, he joined a family-owned business where he was introduced to EOS. In the first year of EOS, sales were up 20% and profit up even more; Peter led the business using EOS for more than 3 years and he saw the incredible impact of it.
In 2017, Peter became certified in EOS, combining his leadership and EOS experience with a passion to help and serve entrepreneurs. He has worked with more than 60 different organizations across multiple industries and company sizes. His focus area is within 2-3 hours of Jacksonville.
