About

I am a Professional EOS Implementer® helping leadership teams run better businesses across Maryland, South Central Pennsylvania, Virginia, and nationwide.

I have run manufacturing plants and global operations and worked in turnaround situations. What I’m most proud of was joining a 17-person team and working as part of a leadership team that ran our business on EOS. We built an amazing, winning culture that was our secret sauce. We grew this business into one that could serve any client in our industry across the world. We achieved Vision, Traction and Healthy. It was a journey, a struggle at times, and one I would not trade for anything. And that journey started when a container of our product fell off a ship into the Sea of Japan. Ask me about that when we talk.

Every business is different. But after years of working in and leading businesses, I’ve found that a few things always have to be right.

You have to know where you’re going.
You have to get the right people on the team.
You have to execute the day-to-day business well.
You have to make time for the work that changes and grows the company.
And you need a way to keep all of it on track.

EOS did that for me and my business. It gave us a simple system for running the business, and I love helping other leadership teams learn and apply that same system to theirs.
