For over 20 years, I have led industrial and service companies, both family-owned and multinational, across different international markets. Always focused on empowering people, teams, and organizations.
Eight is the number of companies that I have led including two own enterpreneurial businesses. In all of them I have learnt, enjoyed, as well as struggled, but in all of them with the same passion for growth, develop people and enjoy the journey.
A New Chapter in Supporting Businesses
Two years ago, I embarked on a new chapter in my career to expand my impact and support more companies in their growing journeys. I started a consultancy business as well as coaching support for leaders and employees. In all of the companies that I have been working with, the issues arising were mostly related to people and structure, processes, solving problems and decisión making, as a result, waste of time and effort and lack of tangible results.
And this is where EOS makes the difference, I am fortunate of being one the few implementers of EOS in Spain, and really willing to offer this great model to all the companies that want to live their businesses, with more clarity, focus and in a healthier way.
