Paul has spent most of his working life in the technology sector mainly working for international IT companies, leading teams and delivering solutions for businesses of all sizes and across most sectors. He ran his own IT business for 30 years eventually completing an MBO and during that time he also opened a Managed Office facility.
His exposure to such a wide range of business management gives him a keen understanding of how business works and the wide differences in the culture and processes of different businesses. This gives him the ability to get to the root of the issues faced by leadership teams.
Paul is passionate about helping business owners and their leadership teams create the lives they want by helping them build profitable businesses.
