My passion is helping entrepreneurial business owners and their teams. Although I had three small ventures before I was 16, I soon realized that I was wired better to help execute the ideas than to create the ideas. As an Expert EOS Implementer, I act as a “guide” to companies on the journey of implementing EOS, serving as a teacher, facilitator, and coach – roles that I love and have developed through my previous experiences. EOS is a unique and powerful synthesis of many great ideas that I have used and shared with my clients over 35+ years, plus great implementation tools and processes. It is truly an elegant system – powerful and complete, yet simple. I would love to help you see the power of EOS in transforming your business.
