I grew up in an entrepreneurial home. My father and mother ran our family supper club for 57 years. They created a legacy and impact that I can only dream of. My greatest take away from watching my parents was how little time and money they had but they sure loved their people.
I started my entrepreneurial dream shortly after graduating from college. I opened a family entertainment center in Appleton Wis named Badger Sports Park and eventually grew that into 2 regional family entertainment centers in Appleton and Madison. I then began to develop commercial and residential real estate throughout the mid-west where we would build and leaseback to companies like Buffalo Wild Wings, Advance Autos, and many others.
In 2002, I and my siblings took over our family restaurant. We added catering and grew the top line of the business by 400%. I then grew 8 different start up businesses that could run with or without me and we made money! I eventually was gifted the book ‘Traction’ a few years back and immediately fell in love with the power and simplicity of EOS. We started to run EOS in our own companies and it has provided us even more purpose, free time and cash flow.
As and EOS Implementer, I now share the proven process to help business owners and leaders to drive more predictable profit, get more free time and live with more purpose.
