About

My journey to becoming an EOS Implementer is grounded in over a decade of living the entrepreneurial life. I’ve felt the rush of opening a business, the drive to continually improve, and the exhaustion that comes with trying to motivate, hire, and lead the right people. I’ve experienced the thrill of success and the ache of burnout. I sold my businesses and still wondered why I could never quite figure it all out.

Then I discovered EOS.

It was a lightbulb moment — the missing framework I’d been searching for my entire career. And I realized that everything I’d done before had prepared me for this next chapter: helping business owners and leadership teams build stronger, healthier organizations and more sustainable lives.

That moment came when a company I was consulting with introduced me to EOS and said, “You’d be really good at this.” I was intrigued, surprised, and immediately hooked. What I found was an incredible system — one I wish I’d known when I was running my own businesses.

I bring the perspective of someone who’s lived it — the highs and lows, the profits and losses, the praise and the criticism. I love working with leadership teams because I love watching them connect the dots, uncover what’s been true all along, and ground their discoveries in practical, executable tools.

I’m passionate about helping others — about speaking hard truths, showing up for my community, and helping leaders rediscover joy and clarity in their work. I genuinely love what I do, and I’m grateful every day that I get to do it.
