For more than 20 years, Patrick led real estate brokerages and affiliated companies, experiencing firsthand both the rewards and the relentless challenges of leadership. He understands the emotional rollercoaster of building a business—the pressure of making the right decisions, the weight of leading people, and the satisfaction that comes from seeing a team and organization succeed.
After growing his Indiana-based brokerage for nine years, Patrick successfully sold the business to a large regional real estate company and ultimately became COO of the combined organization. In that role, he helped lead a business spanning 60 markets across four states, with a focus on bringing clarity to the vision, accountability to the organization, and discipline to execution.
Through his involvement with YPO, Patrick discovered the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®). In 2022, his organization began professionally implementing EOS, and the impact was transformative. EOS brought a common language and operating discipline to the leadership team while creating greater clarity, focus, and accountability throughout the business.
Having experienced the highs and lows of entrepreneurship and executive leadership, Patrick eventually made a deliberate transition from leading a real estate organization to becoming a Professional EOS Implementer®. Today, he works with business owners and leadership teams who want more from their businesses—and from themselves.
Patrick brings something different to the work: he isn’t simply teaching a business system. He has lived the challenges EOS is designed to solve. He knows what it feels like to carry the weight of leadership, navigate growth and change, and build an organization that can scale without losing its way.
He believes deeply in EOS® because he has seen what happens when great people gain clarity, get aligned, and execute with discipline—and he is passionate about helping other leaders experience the same transformation.
